welcomes and tries to accommodate all walk-ins, but
it is always recommended to make an advance reservation
to guarantee space. A 50% deposit is required and
taken at the time of booking via a major credit card
(Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX), check via
mail, or walk-in payment. If a reservation is cancelled
prior to 14 days before your scheduled trip, a $10/person
administrative fee is charged. Within 14 days, guests
are subject to a 50% charge. Full payment is due
prior to your trip. As rafting trips require advance
preparation, no refunds will be given for cancellations
made within 24 hours of scheduled trip.
Groups of 10 or more require a 21-day cancellation
notice. If a group cancels within 21 days, a 50%
refund is given. Full payment for groups of 10
or more is due 10 days prior to the scheduled trip.
There are no refunds for cancellations of groups
of 10 or more within 10 days prior to your scheduled
trip.
